Hello! We're Chrissy and Doug!

Hey there! We’re Doug and Chrissy, the couple behind Wood It Good.  We both grew up puttering around the garage with woodworking projects with our families as kids.

To this day I can close my eyes and remember the magical smell of that special place.

Now, my husband and I are working together to make this site so we can help folks tackle their woodworking problems and rediscover or learn just how much fun it is to build something from scratch.

So lets roll up our sleeves, it's time to get inspired, find new projects and learn the basics you need to get started making beautiful things from wood.

Lets keep the tradition of woodworking going together!
